They are looking for an Epic Cadence Analyst who will play a vital role in optimizing patient scheduling and enhancing overall system functionality within the organization. This is a hybrid position based in Westchester County, CT.
Epic Cadence Analyst’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and execute the configuration, build, and maintenance of the Epic Cadence module, ensuring efficient and effective scheduling workflows.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders across departments to gather requirements and provide tailored Cadence solutions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Epic Cadence, working with Epic support when necessary.
- Create and update documentation for build processes, workflows, and system enhancements.
Epic Cadence Analyst’s Qualifications and Skills
- Epic Cadence Certification required.
- Epic ADT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
- Demonstrated experience with Cadence build and configuration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively work with management, cross-functional teams, and end-users.
